The Sr. Business Analyst (Starlink) joins the Starlink team to drive data-driven decision making for the satellite constellation providing global broadband internet. The role focuses on solving business problems related to customer operations, market launches, and systematic workflow gaps within a high-growth environment.
Conduct SQL queries and deep analyses to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations for customer outcomes.
Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify the health of customer accounts.

What we're looking for
5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, HR, purchasing, operations, cost accounting, supply chain, or consulting.
3+ years of professional experience building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
3+ years of professional experience in at least one analytics language such as Python or R.
1+ years of experience leading projects.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics (preferred).
Advanced SQL proficiency, database structures, query optimizations, and ETL development (preferred).
U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
