As a Sr. Business Solutions Analyst, you will lead complex business analysis initiatives to enable technology solutions and strategic process improvements across the healthcare ecosystem. You will manage requirements strategy for Warehouse Management Systems, Distribution Center operations, and supply chain transformation projects by facilitating workshops and producing functional specifications. Your daily work involves driving process optimization, managing requirement traceability, and performing API and integration analysis to ensure end-to-end visibility between warehouse systems and automation. You will utilize skills in Business Process Modeling, Business Case Development, and ROI analysis to support modernization programs. Key technical competencies include experience with legacy and cloud-based platforms, data quality assessment, and identifying AI-driven automation opportunities. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and process flows while ensuring compliance with security standards within a regulated environment to improve inventory visibility and operational efficiency.
Lead requirements strategy and documentation for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Drive process optimization and modernization across legacy and digital warehouse platforms.
Manage requirements traceability, testing, and solution governance to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct API and integration analysis to define data flows between WMS and automation systems.
Identify and implement AI-driven and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform business case development, including scenario modeling and ROI analysis for strategic decisions.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex requirements efforts across functional, technical, and regulatory domains.
Expert knowledge of requirements elicitation, documentation, governance, and traceability for complex business and technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Distribution Center operations, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
Proficiency in Business Process Modeling, Process Optimization, and Business Process Automation to improve warehouse efficiency.
Advanced capability in Business Case Development, scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and benefit quantification.
Knowledge of API-based integrations, system interoperability, and enterprise integration patterns across WMS, ERP, and automation systems.
Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, process flows, and executive-level presentations for diverse stakeholders.
