What you'll do

Analyze consumer metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn rates using SQL and statistical methods.
Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Conduct market research and price analysis to recommend optimizations for revenue and affordability.
Identify data gaps and work with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer use cases.
Translate technical findings into business-oriented presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc research projects on regional market assessments and emerging broadband trends.

What we're looking for

2+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
1+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related quantitative field (preferred).
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization (preferred).
Experience with forecasting, financial metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC), or pricing analysis (preferred).
Proficiency in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques using Python or R (preferred).
Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or automation scripting (preferred).
Background in high-growth consumer tech, startups, or consulting with a focus on customer acquisition and retention (preferred).
Strong research skills and familiarity with market intelligence tools (preferred).
Excellent communication abilities and a track record of presenting insights to non-technical audiences (preferred).
Project management experience in fast-paced settings (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required export authorizations.
