Senior ACES TPM, Continuous Improvement

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve throughput, cost, yield, and OEE.
• Apply advanced statistical methods like regression, ANOVA, and DOE to identify root causes and reduce process variation.
• Use tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen to identify waste and bottlenecks in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain standard work, control plans, and process capability metrics like Cpk and FPY.
• Identify and drive the development of digital tools, automation, and data infrastructure for production improvements.
• Quantify business impacts of improvement opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders across hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and launch teams.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field is required.
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement environments is required.
• Experience in high-mix, high-precision, or electronics/aerospace assembly at high volumes is required.
• Proven ability to work with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical methods including regression, ANOVA, DOE, and SPC.
