SAP TPM Warehouse Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and sequenced for delivery.
• Drive end-to-end program execution including scoping, planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, quality, procurement, and finance teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies while driving resolution with urgency.
• Define and track success metrics, KPIs, delivery milestones, and executive reporting for program performance.
• Manage release planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness across multiple environments.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and manufacturing processes including inbound, outbound, production planning, and quality management.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management (preferred).
• Experience implementing SAP ERP solutions, specifically SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certifications (preferred).
