What you'll do

Manage the design, implementation, and operation of the Microsoft 365 suite within a GCC High environment.
Develop integrated project plans to drive execution and remove blockers for engineering teams.
Identify and mitigate technical risks while managing complex dependencies across multiple simultaneous projects.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and security teams to gather requirements and deliver secure productivity tools.
Balance technical constraints, such as performance and availability, against business objectives and product roadmaps.
Partner with technical managers to scope engineering efforts, set priorities, and establish project milestones.
Drive operational excellence programs to ensure high-quality delivery of internal systems.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
Experience managing full application stacks from the OS through custom applications.
Experience running an effective operational excellence program.
Experience managing third-party vendors and working in similar environments.
Technical foundation in Microsoft M365 services.
Experience in regulatory compliance management or security frameworks is preferred.
