What you'll do

Develop core software infrastructure to integrate advanced communications technologies across complex subsystems.
Architect and implement mission-critical solutions using embedded real-time operating systems like VxWorks and Linux.
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and integration.
Create and maintain software test plans, procedures, and other relevant technical documentation.
Perform peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Develop high-performance, multi-threaded code using various programming languages on Windows, Linux, and embedded targets.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues directly on embedded hardware targets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Knowledge and experience of embedded real-time software development using VxWorks or Linux.
Proficiency in programming languages, compilers, and application execution.
Ability to work with various software languages on Windows, Linux, and embedded RTOS.
Advanced proficiency with C++ (preferred).
Experience with high performance, multi-threaded programming, and troubleshooting on embedded targets using an RTOS (preferred).
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
U.S. citizens.
