What you'll do

Architect and develop core software infrastructure for mission-critical communication technologies.
Develop embedded real-time software using VxWorks and Linux operating systems.
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
Integrate hardware and software components across complex subsystems.
Create software test plans, procedures, and technical documentation.
Perform peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Develop high-performance, multi-threaded applications using C++ or other relevant languages.
Troubleshoot and debug software on embedded targets utilizing real-time operating systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Knowledge and experience in embedded real-time software development using VxWorks or Linux.
Proficiency in programming languages, compilers, and application execution.
Ability to work with various software languages on Windows, Linux, and embedded real-time operating systems.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Advanced proficiency with C++ (preferred).
Experience with high performance and multi-threaded programming (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
