What you'll do

Develop robust, scalable software solutions integrating advanced communications technologies across mission-critical platforms.
Design and implement core software architecture to support defense and intelligence operations.
Perform embedded real-time software development using VxWorks and Linux operating systems.
Execute all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
Create technical documentation such as software test plans and procedures.
Participate in peer reviews to identify, track, and repair software defects.
Develop multi-threaded programs using C++ and modern object-oriented design principles.
Troubleshoot and debug software on embedded targets utilizing Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Knowledge and experience of embedded real-time software development using VxWorks or Linux.
Proficiency in programming languages, compilers, and application execution across Windows, Linux, and RTOS platforms.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
Expertise with high-performance, multi-threaded programming concepts (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in C++ and modern object-oriented design principles (preferred).
Experience with troubleshooting on embedded targets utilizing an RTOS (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
