What you'll do

Lead a matrix team of engineers and operations staff to execute DoD UAS/UAV development and production contracts.
Manage project costs, schedules, and technical performance while maintaining profit and loss responsibility.
Develop and maintain critical project documentation including Integrated Master Schedules, Procurement Plans, and Quality Plans.
Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all contractual commitments and performance standards.
Identify program issues and implement solutions such as resource reallocation or alternative technical approaches.
Lead Project Status Review meetings and conduct cost analyses with stakeholders and senior management.
Develop proposal bid strategies, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and annual operating plans for new contracts.

What we're looking for

Must have an active US Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Experience leading small to mid-sized projects involving technology development, product manufacturing, and meeting customer requirements.
Ability to manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk in a matrix environment.
Ability to develop project documentation including Integrated Master Schedules, Procurement Plans, Quality Plans, and Engineering Plans.
Experience developing proposal bid strategies, estimates at complete (EACs), and program budgets.
PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred).
