Senior Specialist, Program Management

What you'll do

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements throughout all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Identify program risks and develop strategies to mitigate operational impacts.
• Control program change management and maintain performance measurement baselines for cost and schedule.
• Develop and approve project plans, schedules, subcontract agreements, and other critical program documentation.
• Monitor supplier activities, deliverables, and finances to align with company financial goals.
• Ensure necessary resources including engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available to support the program.
• Communicate program status, changes, and performance metrics to customers and internal leadership.
• Lead the preparation of program proposals, including scope, budget plans, and financial terms of contract.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience managing technology development programs.
• Experience managing a cross-disciplined workforce of approximately 15 or more people.
• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers in a performance-based environment.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with best practices for program execution (preferred).
• Experience managing multi-discipline programs across multiple locations (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
