What you'll do

Manage all phases of the program life cycle from proposal development through contract closeout.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Maintain effective customer relationships to develop new business opportunities and ensure customer intimacy.
Track and report critical program performance metrics using Earned Value Management or similar tools.
Negotiate contracts, changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms with stakeholders.
Manage risk and opportunity identification, mitigation, and realization throughout the program lifecycle.
Oversee workforce planning and the allocation of resources to meet project requirements.
Ensure all work adheres to contract scope, internal policies, and industry standards.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. Citizenship.
Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience supporting U.S. Government contracts/customers.
5 years of experience leading task performance on schedule, at cost, and meeting all requirements as a project lead, team lead, or cost account manager.
Proficiency in Project Management skills and toolsets.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred: Degree in science, engineering, or business.
Preferred: Experience in aerospace/defense industry, Department of Defense, NASA, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or PMP certification.
