What we're looking for
Must have a Doctorate degree OR a Master's degree and 2 years of Software Engineering experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Software Engineering experience OR an Associate's degree and 8 years of Software Engineering experience.
Must have a High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Software Engineering experience.
Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, or improving software and reporting configurations, processes, or lifecycle management programs (preferred).
Experience supporting technology transfers, new product introductions, site start-ups, platform standardization, automated implementation, or process improvements (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to own technical deliverables, deliver high-quality work, identify risks, and escalate issues with recommended solutions (preferred).
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, communicate technical progress clearly, and contribute to team discussions (preferred).
