What you'll do

Author and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) to ensure accurate, versioned, and traceable interface definitions.
Develop and mature the program's Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) model using tools like Cameo Systems Modeler.
Represent Systems Engineering at technical boards including ERB, CCB, and DRB to manage change impact analysis.
Perform Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to align documentation with delivered baselines.
Write and maintain system requirements following INCOSE guidelines to ensure quality, traceability, and verification.
Execute Agile tasks within a SAFe framework, including PI Planning and backlog refinement.
Coordinate across functional teams to negotiate interface designs and technical solutions.
Maintain DoD systems engineering artifacts such as SEP, SEMP, TEMP, CMP, and DMP.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or adjacent fields and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret Clearance.
Experience authoring and maintaining Interface Control Documents (ICDs) on a DoD or government program (preferred).
Hands-on MBSE modeling experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML v1/v2, or equivalent tools (preferred).
Experience supporting or chairing configuration and technical governance boards such as ERB, CCB, and DRB (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
