What you'll do

Translate end-user and customer needs into implementable and verifiable system requirements.
Generate verifiable product-level requirements from high-level system requirements.
Perform core systems engineering tasks including trade studies, design reviews, and validation/verification.
Develop complex system designs, implementation plans, and concepts of operations.
Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to align system requirements with product roadmaps.
Create technical documentation and deliver presentations regarding design activity plans and status.
Support the development of tactical communication systems through prototype builds and integration testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum 4 years of experience.
Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum 2 years of experience.
Minimum of 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain or possess an active DOD Secret Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be granted a security clearance.
Knowledge of Link 16 (preferred).
Knowledge of test equipment such as O-Scopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Logic Analyzers, and Signal Generators (preferred).
Experience with MBSE, JIRA, JAMA Connect, IBM DOORS, or Cameo Systems Modeler (preferred).
