What you'll do

Design, develop, and test communication systems, electronic warfare systems, and multi-function systems.
Perform HDL coding using VHDL or Verilog to implement complex Digital Signal Processing algorithms.
Execute FPGA design workflows including simulation, synthesis, placement, and routing.
Achieve timing closure for FPGA designs.
Implement industry standard interfaces such as Ethernet, SPI, UART, SDRAM, and PCIe.
Conduct laboratory debugging using signal generators, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and BERTS.
Manage code versions using Git revision control.
Develop high-speed serial interfaces exceeding 3 Gbps.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
4+ years of FPGA design experience with Digital Signal Processing designs.
Experience in simulation, synthesis, and placement tools such as ModelSim, Synplicity, Xilinx Vivado/ISE, and Altera Quartus.
Experience in laboratory debug techniques using signal generators, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, BERTS, and other measurement devices.
Experience with timing closure in FPGAs.
Experience in Verilog or VHDL (preferred).
Implementation of complex DSP algorithms in FPGA or ASIC devices (preferred).
Security clearance.
