What you'll do

Operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure systems in a mission-critical data center.
Monitor equipment performance to ensure 100% uptime for the facility.
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct routine assessments and analyze data to ensure proper functioning of all assigned equipment.
Oversee vendors and contractors during annual preventative maintenance and repairs.
Interpret design and construction documents to maintain accurate record drawings for site infrastructure.
Troubleshoot alarms and resolve technical problems to ensure continuous operation of critical systems.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training, or degree.
Operating Engineer or other applicable licenses and Universal CFC’s license.
Desired Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) certification.
Desired 5+ years of experience in a technical, critical environment operation.
Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and self-perform maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills to diagnose alarms and solve technical problems.
