What you'll do

Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation to meet customer business and technical needs.
Own the technical evaluation process including solution design, proof of value, and workshop execution.
Partner with sales teams to shape account strategies for new customer acquisition and expansion.
Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve ROI.
Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback and competitive insights to Product Management.
Create reusable technical collateral, best practice guidance, and examples for customers and partners.
Build trust-based relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to drive platform adoption.

What we're looking for

Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps, CI, and CD workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, security, and operations.
Ability to lead technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, tenders, and audits.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills for both practitioners and senior business decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams.
Fluency in Arabic.
