As a Solutions Architect in the Pre-Sales organization, you will guide customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with sales executives to solve business problems by designing architecture patterns, performing technical discovery, conducting demos, and providing proof of value for large software projects. Your daily work involves evaluating complex architectures, articulating business value to stakeholders, and proactively generating demand through technical initiatives. The role requires proficiency in modern scripting languages like Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or C#. What we're looking for
Candidates must have 5 to 8 years of related industry experience.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience with modern or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem is required.
Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and business leadership is required.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should be based in London for a hybrid working model.
