What you'll do

Design and architect scalable, performant applications and infrastructure using the MongoDB platform.
Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while communicating clear business value to stakeholders.
Execute technical aspects of the sales cycle including discovery, demonstrations, proof of value, and sizing.
Generate demand through self-driven technical initiatives, trade shows, and account-based marketing events.
Build strong customer relationships and identify internal champions to ensure long-term success.
Provide feedback from the field to the product team to drive innovation in MongoDB solutions.
Mentor other members of the Solutions Consulting team on technical processes and products.

What we're looking for

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
You must be fluent in German both verbally and in writing.
You should have 5 to 8 years of related industry experience.
You should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
You must have at least 2 years of professional experience with modern or popular programming languages like Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
You should have experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premise environments.
You must possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to leadership.
You should be able to work with cross-functional teams to execute an end-to-end deal cycle.
