JOB TITLE: Solution Engineer - Microsoft Innovation Hub As a Solution Engineer - Microsoft Innovation Hub, you will join the Microsoft Innovation Hub team to drive AI transformation for customers. You will merge business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive solutions, conduct discovery sessions, and provide strategic recommendations. Your day-to-day involves delivering technical engagements, including strategy sessions, architecture design, and rapid prototyping to validate technology choices. You will serve as a primary security leader, advising on Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Zero Trust, Identity and Access Management, and Cloud Security. You will also integrate capabilities across cloud platforms to optimize cross-platform AI transformation.

What you'll do

Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs and provide tailored strategic recommendations.
Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, architecture design, and rapid prototyping.
Lead AI transformation journeys by prioritizing use cases through design thinking workshops.
Develop comprehensive solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Integrate capabilities across the cloud platform to optimize cross-platform integration and synergies.
Serve as a security leader advising customers on Threat Intelligence, Zero Trust, and regulatory compliance.
Create scalable, field-relevant assets and connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
Authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management (preferred).
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect, or Information Security (preferred).
5+ years of technical experience in security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity technologies (preferred).
Experience with cloud security architectures, Zero Trust, identity management, and regulatory compliance standards like CIS, NIST, CSA, and CMMC (preferred).
