Solution Area Specialists IC4 joins the Windows and Device Sales organization to defend and expand the Windows platform among strategic customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, to help them modernize endpoint management and identity architectures while transitioning away from legacy environments. You will lead high-impact engagements to demonstrate value across security, resiliency, and AI workloads, ultimately converting lighthouse wins into repeatable evidence for the broader market. The role requires expertise in Windows Pro, Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and Copilot+ PCs with NPUs. To succeed, you must possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra, Purview, and Zero Trust principles while being fluent in both English and Spanish to navigate complex technical and business conversations regarding endpoint strategy.
Lead strategic Windows endpoint discussions with senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
Defend and expand Windows market share by articulating differentiated value against competing platforms.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Information Security, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in technology sales or account management (preferred).
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technology sales or account management (preferred).
4+ years of solution or services sales experience (preferred).
Experience leading technical and executive-level conversations with CIO, CTO, CISO, and AI transformation leaders (preferred).
Background in technical sales, solutions architecture, GBB, or platform specialist roles requiring both business and technical depth (preferred).
Expertise in Microsoft Security/compliance technologies, Windows 11 Enterprise, Intune, and AI-ready hardware like Copilot+ PCs (preferred).
