As a Global Product Support Engineer 4 within the Customer Support Business Group, you will serve as the technical backbone for field engineers and technicians. You will provide critical support to personnel troubleshooting Etch chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defect issues, and yield failures. Your daily responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment while reporting design improvements to engineering teams.
