Solution Architect - Strategic Projects leads end-to-end IT transformations, owning solution strategy, architecture, and delivery for strategic programs. The role requires expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow, alongside hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities. You will solve complex problems regarding system interoperability and process integration to drive operational efficiency across large-scale enterprise environments.
Lead end-to-end IT transformation initiatives by owning solution strategy, architecture, and delivery for strategic programs.
Design and govern scalable, integrated architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
Ensure seamless integration of business processes, data flows, and APIs across enterprise systems.
Provide technical oversight to implementation partners and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Establish and enforce architecture principles, governance standards, and reusable design patterns for concurrent projects.
Evaluate technical tradeoffs and proactively identify risks or dependencies to ensure successful program execution.
Define solution quality standards, validation approaches, and acceptance criteria for all delivered technologies.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
Expertise in enterprise business platforms including CRM, ERP, and ITSM ecosystems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise integrations involving APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization patterns.
Strong understanding of enterprise data models, master data management principles, and system interoperability.
Experience governing external system integrators, consulting partners, and managed service providers within large initiatives.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities within enterprise platforms.
