The Solution Architect - Strategic Projects leads end-to-end IT transformations, owning solution strategy, architecture, and delivery to drive business outcomes. You will design and govern scalable, integrated architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment between business capabilities, processes, data, integrations, APIs, and platform configurations. Your daily work involves driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and external system integrators to shape future-ready technology solutions. You will provide technical oversight to implementation partners, enforcing architecture principles and reusable design patterns. Key technologies include Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. You must also possess hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities. This role solves complex enterprise integration problems by ensuring consistent data flows and operational efficiency across large-scale system landscapes.
Lead end-to-end IT transformation initiatives by owning solution strategy, architecture, and delivery alignment.
Design and govern scalable integrated architectures across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
Ensure seamless business process integration and consistent data flows across enterprise systems.
Provide technical oversight to implementation partners and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Establish and enforce architecture principles, governance standards, and reusable design patterns.
Identify project risks and dependencies while driving resolution strategies to support program execution.
Define solution quality standards, validation approaches, and acceptance criteria for all delivered solutions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in enterprise business platforms including CRM, ERP, and ITSM ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise integrations including APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization patterns.
Strong understanding of enterprise data models, master data management, system interoperability, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities within enterprise platforms.
