What you'll do

Translate customer IT needs into architecture products, design specifications, and statements of work.

Mentor junior developers to help them grow into future solution architects.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise or mission-system architecture for defense, intelligence, or federal programs.
5+ years of experience developing solution architectures and technical roadmaps integrating systems across multiple domains.
Experience producing or governing architecture artifacts such as system views, interface specs, or decision records.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including DoD STIGs, RMF, or NIST 800-53/171.
Ability to lead workshops, manage risks, and communicate technical narratives to stakeholders.
TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Management field.
DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification.
