What we're looking for

10+ years of experience with systems engineering.
2+ years of experience with space or land-based communications architectures, RF spectrum operations, or waveform modernization initiatives.
Experience with capability assessments, operational planning, risk management, or mission integration activities.
Experience with requirements analysis or development for complex Department of the Navy systems.
Experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).
Ability to brief senior military and government leadership.
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in CS or Engineering (preferred); MCSA/MCSE, IAT Level II, or CCNA/CCNP certifications (preferred).
TS/SCI clearance.
