JOB TITLE: Solution Architect, Implementation The Solution Architect, Implementation joins the New Logo Team to support the successful delivery and configuration of digital banking solutions for U.S. banks and credit unions. What you'll do

Gather customer requirements and document operational needs to design platform configuration approaches.
Configure and support the delivery of Alkami Digital Banking solutions for assigned customer projects.
Lead customer-facing meetings and virtual working sessions to communicate implementation progress and address configuration questions.
Troubleshoot platform behaviors and resolve implementation-related concerns or technical issues.
Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while balancing customer communication and project milestones.
Develop and maintain implementation documentation including configuration details, project notes, and operational procedures.
Monitor project risks by identifying technical concerns and escalating issues to leadership or stakeholders.
Provide guidance on platform functionality, configuration options, and implementation best practices to internal teams and customers.

What we're looking for

Must have 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or client-facing technology projects.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Must have experience supporting software implementation, configuration, or customer onboarding activities.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions.
Must have experience troubleshooting configuration or implementation-related issues.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, customer priorities, and implementation deadlines simultaneously.
Must have familiarity with project management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
