Configure and customize Alkami software products based on specific customer requirements and settings.
Coordinate implementation activities with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to manage project tasks.
Guide customers through onboarding processes and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure operational readiness.
Perform functional and integration testing by executing scenarios and documenting system behavior.
Troubleshoot configuration and usability issues while escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate resources.
Collect and validate configuration data from clients and vendors to ensure accuracy against project specifications.
Track implementation progress, manage project timelines, and identify potential risks for escalation.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, testing outcomes, issue logs, and communication history.
What we're looking for
Must have 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding, configuration management, testing activities, or technical support in SaaS or fintech environments.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Experience performing functional and integration testing while documenting outcomes and identifying issues for escalation.
Ability to troubleshoot routine configuration and usability issues effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and implementation timelines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticket, or documentation tools.
Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
