What you'll do

Administer, configure, and monitor MuleSoft integrations across the Finance systems landscape.
Deploy and maintain Mule applications across CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric.
Manage application properties, environment variables, secrets, certificates, and runtime configurations.
Redesign business processes to incorporate AI agents and automate manual workflows.
Monitor integrations to proactively identify and troubleshoot performance issues and transaction failures.
Perform root-cause analysis on integration incidents and implement preventive measures.
Manage sandbox environments, testing, UAT, and production releases.
Maintain technical documentation for configurations and business processes.

What we're looking for

8+ years of implementation or administration experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Technologies.
Expert knowledge of Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager, CloudHub/CloudHub 2.0, API Manager, Exchange, Mule runtime, monitoring/log analysis, CI/CD, API security, certificates/TLS, and OAuth.
Good understanding of SOA and integration patterns.
Experience supporting connectivity between MuleSoft and systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP Concur, Coupa, databases, REST/SOAP services, SFTP, and messaging platforms.
Experience through AI/agentic workflow transformation, including redesigning processes to incorporate AI agents alongside human support engineers.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate a willingness to experiment with new ideas, tools and practices.
