What you'll do

  • Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions on MuleSoft platforms.
  • Define best practices, reusable patterns, and technical standards for engineering teams.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to senior engineers and development teams.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with product managers.
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects and prototyping efforts to evaluate and validate new technologies.
  • Oversee non-functional requirements for high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in production environments.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of software development experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership or architect role.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise designing complex integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of containers and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect certification (preferred).
