The Software Engineering MTS joins the Experience team as an early-career software engineer within an AI-native Academy. In this role, you will solve real production challenges by investigating support cases, troubleshooting production defects, and participating in support rotations. You will build software, AI agents, and tools to automate recurring manual tasks, such as access requests, log analysis, and technical knowledge retrieval. Key responsibilities include writing, testing, reviewing, and deploying maintainable code while identifying root causes to improve system reliability. Required skills include foundational programming in at least two languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, along with knowledge of data structures, APIs, testing, and version control. You will work on agentic automation and system hardening to improve production stability and reliability.

What you'll do

Investigate and resolve support cases, production defects, access issues, and integration failures.
Build automation for recurring tasks such as access requests, case responses, and log analysis.
Develop AI agents and workflows to classify cases and retrieve relevant knowledge.
Identify root causes to improve code, monitoring, tests, and documentation to prevent recurring incidents.
Write, test, review, and deploy maintainable software using established engineering practices.
Participate in incident response and scheduled support or on-call rotations.
Measure work impact through reduced manual effort, fewer repeat issues, and improved reliability.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in software engineering.
Foundational programming skills in at least 2 languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, APIs, testing, version control, and debugging.
Ability to investigate problems using logs, error messages, and system behavior.
A related technical degree.
Experience building scripts, internal tools, or workflow automation (preferred).
Salesforce platform knowledge, preferably with Salesforce admin certification and APEX hands-on experience (preferred).
Experience with cloud platforms, databases, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, or AI agents (preferred).
