What you'll do

• Build and evaluate AI-powered tools that generate, validate, and repair accessible code for Aura and LWC.
• Design and expand evaluation datasets and reviewer sets to prove AI correctness against WCAG criteria.
• Encode WCAG success criteria and internal engineering standards into the agent's knowledge base.
• Develop shared platform capabilities for component identification and verification of semantic fixes.
• Create automated detection for complex WCAG categories like reflow and focus management.
• Package accessibility tools into existing developer surfaces like Claude, Cursor, and the AI Expert Suite.
• Remediate real accessibility test failures and feed findings back into the automated toolset.
• Act as the WCAG lead to ensure company-wide compliance with accessibility guidelines and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping code.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with at least one component framework such as LWC, Aura, React, or Vue.
• Ability to use tests, metrics, and evaluation to prove software functionality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-assisted development, including building agents, tools, or prompts (preferred).
• Working knowledge of web accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2, ARIA, and screen readers (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Salesforce UI ecosystem and testing frameworks like Jest or Selenium (preferred).
