What you'll do

Develop features for the Authentication Platform using Java, Go, or C# while ensuring high test coverage and security compliance.
Implement core identity protocols including Kerberos, TOTP, FIDO2/WebAuthn, LDAP, SAML, and OIDC.
Contribute to technical design specifications and research spikes for new features in the identity portfolio.
Debug production issues and perform root cause analysis for incidents within the tier-0 authentication infrastructure.
Participate in an on-call rotation to monitor, alert, and resolve high-priority production service issues.
Integrate AI development tools into daily workflows while auditing generated code for performance and security.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and telemetry metrics to ensure 4+ nines of system availability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide integration support for teams relying on the authentication platform.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Must have at least 3 years of software engineering experience.
Strong programming ability in Java, Go, or C# with production experience building backend services.
Working knowledge of at least one identity or federation protocol such as Kerberos, LDAP, WebAuthn/FIDO2, TOTP, SAML, or OIDC.
Experience building, deploying, and debugging distributed services in a Public Cloud (AWS/GCP) or hybrid environment using Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Ability to debug production issues in distributed systems using logs, metrics, and traces while maintaining a security-first mindset.
IAM specialist depth in Kerberos, LDAP, WebAuthn, or TOTP; familiarity with HSMs, PKI, and secure credential storage (preferred).
Experience with compliance standards like PCI, SOC 2, or HIPAA; experience on-call for high-visibility services; and use of AI development tools (preferred).
