What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of SRE engineers while managing performance and talent development.
Manage end-to-end incident response for major production issues including triage, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
Oversee change management processes to ensure all production releases are safe, compliant, and properly risk-assessed.
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks using tools like Dynatrace and Logscale to improve proactive issue detection.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational toil across incident remediation and deployment tasks.
Ensure high availability of critical systems by managing disaster recovery, failover testing, and capacity planning.
Maintain compliance with enterprise policies, risk controls, and security standards for all production environments.

What we're looking for

Must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
Requires 5 years of industry-relevant experience.
Requires at least 3 years of management experience.
Must have strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or DevOps.
Must possess deep knowledge of incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
Must have hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools, cloud/infrastructure platforms, and automation.
Experience with OCP, MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MQ, and Kafka is preferred.
Must have strong communication skills to lead during high-pressure situations.
