What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SRE engineers while managing performance and talent development.
  • Manage end-to-end incident response for major production events including triage, communication, and post-incident analysis.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues and implement permanent fixes to improve stability.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure safe, compliant, and well-tested production releases.
  • Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks to enable proactive detection of system issues.
  • Reduce operational toil by identifying and implementing automation for incident remediation and deployment tasks.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems through disaster recovery and failover testing.
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise risk management policies and security standards across all production environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or DevOps.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in high-availability, enterprise environments with knowledge of incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools, cloud/infrastructure platforms, and automation.
  • Experience with OCP under infrastructure, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, MQ, and Kafka (preferred).
  • Proficiency in application development, business management, customer solutions, design, and process improvements (preferred).
