The Software Engineer Lead within the Site Reliability Engineering Center creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions to address complex business needs. Candidates must possess experience with Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Kubernetes, Microservices, Mongo DB, Dynatrace, Elastic search, API knowledge, Postman, MQ, and Kafka. Preferred skills include ETL knowledge, SAFe methodology, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL, and Ansible. The work focuses on application delivery processes, architecture, and technical troubleshooting to advance business initiatives and capabilities while managing risks within the enterprise framework to ensure reliable system performance.

What we're looking for
Experience with Java, Spring boot, J2EE, Kubernetes, Microservices, Mongo DB, Dynatrace, Elastic search, API knowledge, Postman, MQ, and Kafka is necessary.
Experience with ETL knowledge, SAFe methodology, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL, and Ansible is a plus (preferred).
Bachelor's degree is required.
3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience is required.
A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Competencies in Application Delivery Process, Design, Architecture, Development Tools, Testing, Packaged Application Integration, SDLC, and Technical Troubleshooting are required.
Experience with Apache Kafka, Application Development, Business Management, Customer Solutions, Design, Group Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Release Management, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Solutions, and UX Design is a plus (preferred).
Ability to participate in a team rotation schedule for off-hour critical incidents is required.
