Software Developer Lead, Openshift & Hogan

What you'll do

• Lead a team of software engineers supporting critical retail banking applications.
• Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Prepare required technical and procedural documentation for software projects.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Review coding, testing, and documentation produced by team members.
• Apply modern principles and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
• Participate in rotating on-call support for critical incidents after hours.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, and Linux.
• Experience with Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, and Mongo DB (preferred).
• Experience working with a site reliability engineering group (preferred).
• Skills in application development, business management, design, and release management (preferred).
• Skills in architecture, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting (preferred).
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call support for critical incidents after hours.
