JOB TITLE: Software Engineering LMTS / PMTS - Software Factory (REMOTE) As a member of the Software Factory team, you will help make coding agents dependable within the company codebase. You will build infrastructure to support off-the-shelf agents like Claude, Codex, and Cursor by creating agent-native monorepos, secure sandboxes, and telemetry feedback loops. Your daily work involves developing instruction files, managing containerized environments with proxy-only network access, and integrating orchestration tools from Slack, Linear, and GitHub. You will also establish guardrails for verification and evals while teaching the engineering organization how to work with agents. This role requires experience with developer tooling, containerized environments, and session logs to solve the technical problem of making AI agents effective, safe, and trustworthy for large-scale internal engineering workflows.

What you'll do

Make the monorepo agent-native by creating instruction files, skills, and progressive disclosure for coding agents.
Build a feedback loop using session telemetry, evals, and PR review analysis to identify and fix agent errors.
Own the agent sandbox by managing containerized dev environments with proxy-only network access and secrets swapping.
Evaluate and integrate orchestration tools to start agent work from Slack, Linear, GitHub, and schedules.
Build guardrails for verification and evals to allow agent work to merge with minimal human intervention.
Teach the engineering organization to use agents through enablement sessions and shared patterns.
Own the full delivery lifecycle from design and launch to monitoring and iterative improvement.

What we're looking for

Be a heavy daily user of coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Have experience building developer tooling or developer experience that other engineers depend on daily.
Be comfortable owning a containerized environment end-to-end, including network rules and secrets handling.
Be able to turn messy signals from session logs, PR threads, and eval results into specific fixes.
Have experience leading engineers to deliver complex systems.
Be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where roadmaps and conventions are still being written.
Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to build versus buy decisions for software integrations.
