What you'll do

Develop REST web services using Java and Spring Boot to connect mobile applications to backend systems.
Design software solutions for business requirements using Java and J2EE technologies.
Perform peer reviews of team member code to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Provide production support by monitoring application health and resolving production incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide fix and deployment support for production issues.
Prepare deployment and post-deployment plans to support the conversion of software solutions.
Perform impact analysis on new business requirements to design effective software solutions.
Provide high-level and detailed estimates for new technical requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5 years of software development experience.
Master's degree with 3 years of software development experience is also acceptable.
Experience gathering requirements from business users and preparing Requirement Understanding Documents (RUD).
Experience performing impact analysis on new business requirements to design effective software solutions.
Experience providing high-level and detailed estimates for new requirements.
Proficiency in developing software solutions using Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, and Web services.
Proficiency with tools including Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, SQL, IBM DB2, and Unix.
Experience performing unit testing, integration testing, peer code reviews, and root cause analysis for production issues.
