What you'll do

Develop and deliver reliable, secure software solutions that meet specific operational requirements.
Lead, build, and maintain Pega 7.x/8.x application development while mentoring vendor consultants.
Convert functional requirements into technical specifications and develop crucial product backlog components.
Review and guide code development from other team members through regular code reviews.
Monitor triage, debugging, surveillance, performance, and scalability across all environments.
Enforce Pega best design and coding practices to maintain high compliance levels.
Organize scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Standups.
Use JAVA, Pega PRPC, CSS3, and HTML5 to implement core product features.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
Experience building features based on requirements through frequent discussions with stakeholders.
Experience working directly with Product Owners to establish in-depth user and technical requirements.
Experience using JAVA, Pega PRPC, CSS3, and HTML5 to implement core features.
Experience using Pega tools including Dynamic Case Management, Pega Express, Auto Test Framework, and Pega API.
Experience organizing scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Standups.
PEGA Certified Senior System Architect certification.
