What you'll do

Lead software development teams through the full lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Create detailed technical specifications and design documentation for complex software applications.
Conduct peer code reviews and quality assurance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Partner with vendors to develop project estimates and delivery plans across application families.
Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and mature existing team technologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support and delivery.
Lead the resolution of high-priority production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned technology components and evolving architecture.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3 years of experience in any call center production support role in the pharmacy benefit management domain.
Experience deploying react.js components on AWS, including CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Proficiency with Oracle, Java, C++, and Spring Boot.
Experience with OpenShift, J_SP, DynaTrace, Splunk, and Brooadvision.
Experience working with AI using Langsmith.
Expertise in ticket investigation and root cause analysis for high-priority production incidents.
Ability to lead software development teams through the full lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
