What you'll do

Lead software development teams in designing, coding, testing, and deploying application solutions.
Create detailed technical specifications and design documentation for software projects.
Conduct peer code reviews and quality assurance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Partner with vendors to develop project estimates and delivery plans across application families.
Drive efforts to reduce technical debt and mature team technologies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support and delivery.
Lead the resolution of high-priority production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with architects to evolve the technology landscape by retiring or introducing new components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3 years of experience in any call center production support role in the pharmacy benefit management domain.
Experience deploying react.js components on AWS.
Experience with AWS services including CloudFront, S3, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Experience with Oracle, Java, C++, Spring Boot, and OpenShift.
Experience with DynaTrace, Splunk, Broadvision, and Langsmith for working with AI.
Experience with pharmacy benefit management and ticket investigation.
