What you'll do

Create detailed technical designs and specifications for high-quality software solutions.
Coordinate with offshore vendors and stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct system analysis.
Build batch and online adjustment claim systems for business products.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and develop application solutions for mandated operational processes.
Perform root cause analysis and fix defects identified during SIT and Quality testing.
Conduct stress test analysis to identify malfunctions before product release.
Provide technical guidance and peer code reviews for less experienced team members.
Perform impact analysis to resolve user queries and modify existing applications as needed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
Experience with Mainframes, COBOL, DB2, and CICS.
Experience with Teradata, Pega, GitHub, Endevor, Claude.ai, and AWS Kiro.
