What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews for other team members.
Design and implement complex front-end solutions for large-scale iOS and Android mobile applications.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and test complex software deliverables.
Optimize mobile applications for speed, reliability, and scalability using Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.
Integrate native mobile features such as biometrics, GPS, push notifications, and encryption.
Support Site Reliability Engineering practices to maintain system performance and a high-quality user experience.
Advise stakeholders on new technology adoption and perform threat modeling to assess technology risks.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering and 3+ years of applied experience.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and security expectations.
Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to mobile development.
Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks including iOS, Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, Cocoa, and SwiftUI.
Familiarity with iOS design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, VIPER, and MVI.
Experience integrating native features like Camera, Push Notifications, GPS, CoreML, and VisionKit.
Understanding of mobile application security, including biometrics, encryption, and data protection.
Proficiency with Git, source code management, and Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with API integration and development tools like Xcode.
Experience working with Copilot or other related tools (preferred).
Familiarity with build automation tools and frameworks for static and dynamic analysis (preferred).
Ability to assess technology risks, perform threat modeling, and communicate risk to stakeholders (preferred).
Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams including technology, business, audit, and risk partners (preferred).
Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and NFC technologies (preferred).
Experience building and releasing apps to the App Store or enterprise stores using CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
