JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineer - iOS Lead As a Lead Software Engineer within the Commercial & Community Banking team, you will serve as a core technical contributor developing secure, high-quality production code for large-scale mobile applications. What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for others.
Make critical decisions regarding product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
Develop mobile applications for iOS using Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
Develop mobile applications for Android using Java and Kotlin.
Implement complex front-end solutions and automated testing for large-scale mobile applications.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate code, refactor, and create unit tests.
Optimize mobile applications for speed, reliability, and scalability using Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.
Support Site Reliability Engineering practices to ensure system performance and user experience.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, validate, and refine outputs.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security expectations.
Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to mobile development.
Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks including iOS, Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, Cocoa, and SwiftUI.
Familiarity with iOS design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, VIPER, and MVI.
Experience integrating native features like Camera, Push Notifications, GPS, CoreML, and VisionKit.
