What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot software components for secure and scalable technology products.
Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with existing systems.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies using XCTest, XCUITest, and automated test suites.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to generate, refactor, and document complex software deliverables.
Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring software code meets all design constraints.
Analyze large datasets to develop visualizations and reports for continuous system improvement.
Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and overall system architecture.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Applied experience in native mobile application development.
Proficiency in Swift programming language, including modern concurrency patterns like async/await and Combine.
Strong experience with iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Core Data, Combine) and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Coordinator, SOLID).
Demonstrated expertise in writing unit tests using XCTest and UI tests using XCUITest with a commitment to test-driven development.
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Git source control management.
Experience with modularization, dependency injection, and building reusable iOS SDKs or frameworks.
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Experience building or working with Design Systems (preferred).
Appreciation for Accessibility and understanding of how to meet WCAG and Apple accessibility requirements (preferred).
Practical cloud native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
Active GitHub/Stack Overflow profile or published app portfolio demonstrating technical expertise (preferred).
