SoC DFT Engineer

As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will be responsible for the complete design and manufacturing of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. Your daily responsibilities include developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure, generating structural test vectors, and improving coverage while collaborating with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues. You will work closely with verification teams to validate implementations via simulation and coordinate with test engineers to bring up vectors on silicon. The role requires proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators, waveform debugging tools, and scripting for ATE data analysis. You must possess expertise in industry standards such as ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and compressed patterns while managing STA constraints and SDF simulations to ensure functional products are delivered efficiently.
