SoC DFT Engineer

As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You will be responsible for the complete DFT solution for a design project, which includes developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities involve generating structural test vectors, improving coverage, and collaborating with various teams to resolve STA, physical, power, and logical issues. You will also work with the DV team to verify implementations and perform ECOs while supporting silicon bring-up. Required skills include proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators, and knowledge of industry standards such as ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST. You must be able to analyze SDF simulations, debug compressed patterns, and use scripting to manage ATE data during the silicon debug phase.
