SoC DFT Engineer

As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the design and manufacture of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. You will be responsible for the complete DFT solution, which includes developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure while collaborating with the design verification team to verify implementations and execute ECOs. Your daily work involves generating structural test vectors, improving coverage, and addressing STA, physical, power, and logical issues in coordination with designers. You will also partner with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon. Required skills include proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators, waveform debugging tools, and scripting for ATE data. Technical expertise must cover ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and compressed ATPG patterns while navigating trade-offs between test quality and time.
