As an SoC DFT Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will be responsible for the complete design and manufacturing of next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. Your daily responsibilities include developing and implementing DFT architecture and infrastructure, generating structural test vectors, and analyzing coverage to improve quality. You will collaborate with design teams on STA, physical, power, and logical issues while working with verification teams to validate implementations and execute ECOs. Additionally, you will partner with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon and manage multi-functional engineering schedules. Required skills include proficiency in Verilog or VHDL, experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools, and knowledge of industry standards such as ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and compressed patterns. You must also be skilled in scripting for ATE data analysis and STA constraint development.
