What you'll do

Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects as a liaison between program management and integrated product teams.
Support the Program Office in day-to-day execution of programmatic operations and integration.
Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Manage program risks and opportunities according to the Risk and Opportunities Management Plan (ROMP).
Develop, implement, and maintain tools and templates for monitoring project progress.
Prepare status reports and presentations for internal meetings and customer engagements.
Generate and support proposal documentation as needed by the team.

What we're looking for

Active Secret or higher clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years).
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with government clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 3 years of experience in Project Management/Program Integration for Project Manager level; OR Master's degree and 1 year of experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 years of experience in Project Management/Program Integration for Principal Project Manager level; OR Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF).
Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and leadership.
Current Special Program Access, PMP or CAM certification, and Aerospace/Defense industry experience (preferred).
